Refund & Return Policy

At Atlasy Art, we want you to love your handmade Moroccan rug. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered within the last 14 days
  • The rug is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, slight variations in color, pattern, or size are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Final sale or discounted items (if specified)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@atlasyart.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Atlasy Art is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund at no additional cost

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:

  • Return the original product
  • Place a new order

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
